Week 5

It has been a wonderful week for the Willow group.  We have played bingo, and the children have enjoyed getting very competitive and all listening intensely.  One of the games we have enjoyed is our number songs.  We have been acting as spacemen and even speckled frogs.  It’s been lovely to see the children have bags of fun.  Something that has come up this week is that some children are a bit worried about leaving us soon.  I understand it is a tricky time.  We talked about how it’s ok to worry but always share with your Mummy and Daddy or even the teachers what you’re afraid of.  We introduced the Worry Monster and the children decided to share some of their worries.  It made such an impact and made us feel a bit better.
