Week 5

What a busy week!

We have been busy playing maths games, phonics games and team games to practise everything we have been learning this year. 

We played a higher/lower game using lots of mathematical language and re-living Bruce Forsyth! We played cross the river in phonics and had to speedily read words using Fred in our head to see which team was the quickest. We did get extremely competitive!

On Wednesday, we had so much fun baking. We read a recipe and followed instructions to make an ice-cream cupcake. We had to carefully measure the ingredients, and then put it all together. After the cupcakes were made, we transferred them to the cones to decorate them. They looked and tasted delicious!

We are so excited for next week! A visit from the farm, our Terrific Tales performance at Wade Deacon, Graduation, and sports day!!
