Week 5

Wow we have made the most of our time in nursery this week!

We started our Monday off feeling calm and relaxed after a peer massage session and continued our week playing a number of different games to keep us busy. We have played higher and lower with our number cards to guess if we think the next card will have a number that is bigger or smaller and we have tested our memory to see if we can identify the item that dissapeared from under our blanket. We were amazing and I could not trick them out when I took two items instead of one!

We had our last music and movement session this week and we are so proud of all the progress we have made to become marvelous musicians. This week we put all we have learnt together to become composers! We listened to the sound of fireworks and used our pens and paper to represent the sounds we could hear. We then used our cups to recreate the sounds we had made on our paper.

This week it was time for my family group to make our ice cream cone cupcakes and we had lots of work to do. From mixing our ingredients in the bowl to decorating the top with sprinkles we enjoyed every second and we were bursting with excitement to eat them all up! I hope you all enjoyed your cakes and they tasted as yummy as they smelt!
